But remember: your progress only counts when you’re logged in. Please make it a habit to sign in as soon as you arrive!

1. What are the requirements to claim badges?

Different badges come with different tasks. Complete the required task to claim the badge. For details, click any badge to view the “Badge Description.”

2. I meet the requirements. Why can’t I claim the badge yet?

A few key points to note:
Most badges require up to 24 hours to sync the eligibility list. In other words, you can claim them within 24 hours after meeting the requirements (i.e., after completing the task).
Please also note the release time and quantity. Some badges are time-limited or limited in quantity; for example, time-limited badges must be claimed within the designated period—late claims will not be accepted.
Each badge can be claimed only once per user; multiple claims are not allowed.

3. Can I claim the same badge multiple times?

No. Each badge can only be claimed once per user; duplicate claims are not permitted.

4. How can I view my friends’ badges?

This feature isn’t available yet, but it will be launched soon.

5. Why didn’t my ranking change right after I claimed a badge?

The overall badge rankings and friend rankings are updated once per day. After you claim a badge, you’ll see the ranking changes the following day.

6. Why weren’t my minigame plays or friend invitations counted?

If your gameplay wasn’t counted, please check:
a. Are you logged in? Progress can’t be recorded without signing in.
b. Have you reached today’s counting limit? We record up to 30 different games per day. Why? Because playing 30 games in a day is already quite a lot—remember to take breaks!
If your friend invitation wasn’t counted, note that the same friend is only counted once. Don’t invite the same person repeatedly—invite more friends to join the fun.
